When we receive your order, we will pack it and e-mail you an invoice, including the shipping charge.

Once the invoiced amount is paid, we will dispatch your order and send the tracking number.

If you have not received your tracking number (waybill) then email info@epicdesignstudio.co.za. Provide them with your invoice number and they will send you the tracking number.

Once full payment has been received we will pack and ship your order within 2 working days. In order to keep shipping as low as possible (and to guarantee that you will actually receive your package), we use The Courier Guy. Should you wish to use the South African Postal Service then we cannot be reliable for any lost or damaged packages.

Please note that the option of picking up your order is available, please contact us at info@epicdesignstudio.co.za  prior to pickup to set a convenient time.
